Dust Extraction & Collection Systems
Different kinds of process such as shot blasting, Precious metal dust, High value food/pharma, Material handling, Crushing and pulverizing etc., creates dust which can be extracted and filtrated.
Our dust extraction system consists of extracting hood, filtering/separating unit, dust collecting unit and exhaust unit. Our unique approach is at Source Capture. It is the most efficient way to manage fumes or dust. It minimizes air removal and movement, and thereby reduces required investment in air handling equipment and it reduces energy consumption.
SPECIAL PURPOSE MACHINE (SPM)
We also manufacture Special Purpose Machines for various applications. We make SPMs incorporating the latest technology using Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Electrical, Electronic, Microprocessor and PLC based controlling devices. Interacting with the customers to get the complete and full details of the requirements, and then design and manufacture of the system or machine to get an outstanding machine which completely suits are even exceeds the requirements.
THERMAL AND ACOUSTIC INSULATION
We provide both Thermal and Acoustic insulation. Thermal insulation is done to prevent heat loss and protect from accidents. Acoustic insulation is done to reduce the noises that occur through machines, they are also done in auditoriums and halls to increase the audibility and reduce noise/echo. We use the latest technology and materials for insulation without spoiling aesthetics.
MATERIAL HANDLING AND CONVEYING

DRYER - CONTINUOUS & BATCH
Dryers are used to dry components or equipments or food ingredients etc, they are either used to increase the production or to maintain the quality of the product. We offer both continuous and batch type dryer of various size and specifications.
VENTILATION AND EXHAUST SYSTEM
During various process heat is evolved, which uncomfortable environment for the operators to work. A ventilation system used to provide comfort environment to operator. Additionally fresh air supply system can be incorporated to provide more comfortable atmosphere.
PNEUMATIC CONVEYING SYSTEM
We manufacture vacuum, pressure cum vacuum conveying system to convey powdery material and other material that are suitable for conveying. This system is easy to maintain unlike belt conveyors or screw conveyor etc
FUME EXTRACTION AND SCRUBBING
The fume extraction and scrubbing systems are designed to remove acidic fumes generated during various processes such as pickling, chrome plating, nickel plating and galvanizing etc. Fume extraction and scrubbing systems can be used in steel, automobile, pipe manufacturing, chemical and other sectors.
