We offer wide range of optional accessories required for our system such as, Curing chamber, Water treatment plant, Surface treatment system, Automated fire extinguisher, Material handling system, Air compressor, Air drier, Special Imported guns, Air hose, Paint Pressure feed system and other accessories etc on request.

Our Hi-Tech series Spray Painting Systems are designed for optimum performance with considering type of paint, production rate, level of automation, operator comfort etc. Our painting booth is rigidly constructed using non corrosive GI panel/Stainless steel/Powered coated panels, based on customer request. Both dismantlable and welded types are available.
We also manufacture fully automated or semi automated painting plants using conveyors and material handling system. Some paints require elevated temperature curing, We provide specially designed curing chamber made up of insulated GI panels. Oil fired burners, electrical heating element, IR heating elements etc., are used as heat source for the system.
PLC, Variable frequency drive, digital temperature controller are used based on customers requirement. Flame proof control panels are provided for special applications.
